New subscribers often ask when they can expect to receive issues of Children's Magazine Guide. Because we index current material, we cannot finalize the issue until the magazines arrive in our office each month. Therefore, CMG is published at the end of the month. Issues are sent via bulk mail and can take up to two weeks to reach you. If you think you have not received an issue, call us toll-free at 1-800-771-5579, and a replacement will be sent. Please have your account number ready when you call. Each current issue is uploaded to CMG Online once a month, before the issue goes to the printer.
